In this degree programme, you shall gain a broad and up-to-date knowledge of international business and have an opportunity to specialize in most demanded fields related to international business including:

You shall acquire competences and business expertise, which would help you succeed in dynamic and multicultural environment. The studies are a combination of various learning methods, such as contact teaching, online studies and team-based assignments. The learning model will help you to combine theoretical business studies with learning by doing under the guidance of a Team Coach in a virtual firm.

In the BBA study programme, you will find out how the different business areas work and how they are developed in the digital and international environment. You will learn the latest tools and applications needed in the field. Through practical business projects, events and training, you will form contacts and create a network of your own in the business world. Internationality is part of your studies and, if you wish, you can do your practical training abroad or become an exchange student at our numerous partner universities.

Graduates are well-positioned for diverse professional opportunities in areas such as marketing, sales, export-import operations, product management, customer relations, supply chain management, project management, consultancy, or entrepreneurship.

Studying in the TAMK BBA in International Business Programme cultivates skills essential for functioning in business life. Through various methods such as contact teaching, virtual studies, blended learning, case studies, development discussions, and research assignments, students learn to plan, cooperate, access, evaluate, and deploy useful information. The program emphasizes personal study goal setting and provides support through coaches, teachers, study counselors, final thesis supervisors, study secretaries, student tutors, and the Head of International Business Programme.

Objectives

The primary objective of the TAMK BBA in International Business is to equip students with the necessary business expertise for entry-level managerial positions worldwide. This programme is specifically designed for those who aspire to work in a multicultural environment. Through a focus on basic business skills and essential competencies for success in the international working sphere, students are challenged to explore their field of expertise and career paths in the business world. A mandatory period of study abroad is a key component of the programme.
