Objectives
The student:
-is able to plan and implement a forestry extension event for different target groups
-can prepare and give an oral presentation to the target audience, which can be illustrated if necessary
-is able to communicate as an expert in a structured, understandable and convincing way
- knows how different communication and interaction situations (customer service and extension situations, meetings, negotiations, meetings) typically proceed, and is able to act responsibly and in accordance with established practices
- is able to find out the goals of the forest owner and coordinate them with the legislation, recommendations and the goals of the organization he / she represents, and advise the forest owner on issues related to forest property management
-is able to argue, justify and defend his/her own views
-is able to act in different situations of personal counseling with the forest owner
Content
Application of legislation and recommendations related to forestry, planning and implementation of the advisory situation as well as related pedagogical competence, elucidation of the values and goals of the forest owner, personal counseling and related interaction skills.
