Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student observes the development needs of the field of restonomi and is involved in implementing solutions for the development of the field. They are able to participate in the facilitated and participatory workshops and development process.
The student works in their team, but does not take responsibility for the activities of the entire team. They are unable to analytically evaluate their own work or that of other members of the team in a development project. The professional growth of a student is not always reflected in his activities.

The student is able to structure the development needs of the field of restonomi and is actively planning and implementing a project developing the field. They are able to facilitate workshops and the development of the work community.
The student works actively in his or her team and is able to evaluate his or her own work as well as that of other members of the team in the project. His interaction is solution-oriented. The professional growth of the student is reflected in his activities.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student understands the development needs of the field and is able to implement development measures in a broad context. They are able to work actively in networks for business development and are able to apply their knowledge in implementing new solution models. They are able to facilitate participatory workshops and the work community development process.
