Objectives
In this course, students deepen their understanding of the foundations of well-being at work, key practices, and resources.
Upon completing the course, students will be able to:
• Identify their own resources and responsibilities related to well-being at work, both individually and within their community
• Understand the roles of supervisors and leadership in promoting well-being at work
• Recognize the supportive role of occupational health and safety, employee representatives, and cooperation in well-being
• Analyze the significance of well-being for organizational success
• Measure, monitor, and enhance well-being
• Apply approaches that promote participation and agency

• Work and occupational health legislation, as well as agreements related to well-being.
