Objectives

This course delves into empirically effective methods in client work. The central focus lies on professional interaction, dialogue, and art-based techniques, which are deepened and practically applied during the course.

Upon completing the course, the student will:
• Master the theoretical foundations of group facilitation
• Be able to design, implement, and evaluate group facilitation using practical methods
• Justify their chosen method based on client and context-specific considerations
• Provide constructive feedback and receive feedback on their own facilitation

• Principles and strategies for guiding art-based and functional methods in group facilitation.
• Designing a functional guidance framework within a work context.
• Giving and receiving feedback.
• Exploring the potential of art-based and functional methods in enhancing personal well-being.
• Utilizing one’s personality as a professional tool.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Approved:

Student
• demonstrates achievement of the course objective
• applies relationships between phenomena and concepts in their work and can provide theoretical justifications
• defines problems and tasks, and justifies solutions and choices based on knowledge
• reflects on their own actions, competencies, and areas for development, including feedback received

Not Approved:
