The student is able to describe the ways how digital platforms and social media impact the business operations of a team enterprise. The student takes part in scenario work for changing customer needs and innovative use of digital platforms. The student takes part in strategic planning of sales and marketing and implementing the strategic decisions of a team on social media. The student is able to gather and analyze basic data on business operations and customer impact.

Tenttejä ei ole. Osaaminen näytetään muin tavoin, esimerkiksi toimeksiantoja suorittamalla. Valmentaja / opettaja kertoo tarkemmin kurssin edetessä.

OPSin mukaisesti; itse-, tiimi-, valmentaja/opettaja- ja mahdollisesti myös asiakasarviointi tavoitteisiin peilaten.

Proakateamialla ei juurikaan ole perinteisiä luentoja tai tenttejä. Oppimistapoja ja -tilanteita ovat esimerkiksi pajat (alustukset, dialogi, työpajatyöskentely, itsenäinen opiskelu), kirjallisuus, kirjoittaminen ja julkaiseminen, asiantuntijaluennot ja muu tiedonhankinta, projektityöskentely, seminaarit, solut ja yhteiset tapahtumat. Oppiminen kytkeytyy liiketoimintaprojekteihin.

Kirjallisuusvinkkejä saa mm. valmentajilta, opettajilta ja toisilta tiimiyrittäjiltä.
Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus
1 op = 27 h opiskelijat työtä. Työtunnit kirjataan HOPSiin.
Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat
Neuvoteltava valmentajan/opettajan kanssa.

Proakatemian opintojaksot on integroitu tiimiyrityksen toimintaan. Yksittäisten opintojaksojen suorittaminen opetussuunnitelmasta ei ole mahdollista ilman erityisjärjestelyjä.
