Objectives (course unit)
The aim of the course is to help you identify factors that affect your well-being and to enable you to use different methods to strengthen your own well-being and study ability.
Content (course unit)
The content will be specified at the first small group meeting. The contents and topics of small group work arise based on the needs and wishes of the students.
Possible topics supporting well-being may include e.g.
nature exercise, stress management, excitement, sleep, food, social relationships, mental well-being, study skills, creative activities (doing with hands).

The location will be announced later, the meetings are held at TAMK.
Exam schedules
No exams. Successful completion of the course requires that the student has participated in small group work and completed the learning assignments included in the course.

Teaching methods
The course is implemented in small groups as face-to-face meetings. Includes small group activities as well as self-reflection and examination of one's own thoughts through assignments.
