Objectives (course unit)
The functionality of the premises must be taken into account already during the construction phase. Everyone should have access to healthy and safe living and working spaces.
Student
- Can recognise the importance of technical building solutions and the framework created by the building for the service and working environment and the experience of the premises
- Can recognise the importance of space solutions from the perspective of sustainable development.
- Can assess the flexibility, cleanability, surface hygiene solutions, intelligence and usability of spaces.
- Can recognise the importance of hygiene and sanitation in the use of spaces
- Be able to take account of changes in the environment when assessing the health and safety of premises
Content (course unit)
WHAT does health security mean in terms of technical building solutions?
WHY should cleanability be considered as part of the design of premises?
HOW to assess the health safety of premises in terms of cleaning and indoor air quality?
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)
Student will identify health safety concepts and be able to relate them to the farm experience.
The student will be able to assess the cleanability and cleanability of premises in different locations.
Student will be able to identify practices relevant to their field and take responsibility for their own performance.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)
The student is able to structure and take into account the changes in the operating environment in the assessment of a healthy workplace.
The student will be able to assess the cleanability and cleanability of premises in different locations and be able to justify his/her choice.
The Student identify and follow practices relevant to their field of work. Takes responsibility and is committed not only to his/her own activities but also to those of the group.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
The student understands the importance of health safety in premises and can link it to the functional quality of premises.
The student will be able to plan and evaluate an appropriate cleaning service package. He/she will be able to justify the decisions taken and develop cleaning services on this basis.
Act responsibly and with commitment as a developer of the work community and the cleaning sector, taking into account the requirements and needs of the sector.

Oppimistehtävät:
1. Yksilötehtävä, joka annetaan ensimmäisellä kertalla (hyväksytty/täydennettävä)

4. Vertaisarviointi (0-5) /20%
