Time and place vary weekly. Please, check out your calendar each week.

On weeks 10-18, we will not have classes, due to the clinical training.

Exam schedules

Mid exam Fed 14th at 12.30-2.00 PM (A tentative plan!)

The final exam(s) will be held in May at TAMK campus. More specific time and place will be added later.

Assessment methods and criteria

The course grade will be mainly based on the exam success. In addition to that, you can get assignments that you can either pass or fail.

We will discuss the evaluation criteria and attendance requirements in the beginning of the course.

During the course, you will have
- course meetings
- homework
- training time assignments
- exams

To pass the course, you need to have active engagement both in the classes and the home work. The classes will support your learning but to avoid the risk of failing, you should use the language outside the classes as well.

Learning materials

A Finnish study book (I will specify later the name)

In addition to this, you will get study material from me (the teacher).

Student workload

In January and February:
- 2 x 1,5 h of classroom work in a week
- 1,5-3 h of independent work in a week

During the clinical traning:
- independent study assignments
