Students will be able to:
• define the role and responsibilities of a manager and leader in different organizations
• understand their individual life motives that impact their leadership behavior
• create strategies for motivating and leading teams and individuals in different situations
• give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
• reflect their own actions and decisions as a leader and identify development needs
• create and implement plans to continuously improve their leadership skills.

Passed
The student understands the roles and responsibilities of a manager and leader in different contexts and is able to reflect and develop themselves as a leader. They are able to lead teams and individuals and give and get feedback in a constructive manner.

Failed
The student does not understand the roles and responsibilities of a manager and leader in different contexts and has not shown capability to reflect and develop him/herself as a leader. They have not shown evidence of being able to lead teams and individuals or give/get feedback in a constructive manner.
