The student is able to
- explicate the laboratory quality systems and to use them in practice
- explain the significance of quality systems with regard to reliability of analysis results and to take the uncertainty into account in decision making
- name things affecting to measurement uncertainty

Matematiikka: ei läsnäolopakkoa. Kokeessa Excelin käyttö sallittua valvotusti.

Mathematics: the student is able to explain some of the statistical mathematics, the basic concepts and calculate simple invoices ( 50% of exam points )
Quality: The student is able to understand the importance of quality , particularly in terms of Laboratory . Students are able to explain the quality terms and their meaning. He knows how to make validation plan and the validation.

Mathematics: In addition to the preceding able to calculate the severity bills
Quality: In addition to the above , students are able to assess the reliability of the analytical results and to make independently Validation of the method. The student is able to plan the contents of the validation .

Mathematics: In addition to the above are able to justify its decision
Quality: In addition the student is able to write the complete validation report and evaluate the results of the validation . He can also , if necessary, to plan and to take the necessary follow-up action .
