Objectives
The student is able to utilize practical training in learning the operating principles and key content of a specific job task. The student can assess their learning and set professional goals for themselves.
The student can identify key rules, contract models, responsibilities, insurance coverage, well-being, and resilience principles in working life. The student is proficient in the basics of freelance work and can plan their career long-term.
Content
The internship is mainly carried out in several shorter periods at different internship locations. Internship places and tasks are agreed upon in a career guidance interview together with the student, teacher, and workplace. The internship is supervised by a designated internship supervisor at the workplace.
Prerequisites
Internship 2 is an optional part of the education, but it is recommended to complement the contents of various courses. The intern is required to have basic competence suitable for the task to be practiced.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
Pass:
During the internship, the student demonstrates
*the ability to understand the basic principles and key content of the internship assignment.
*the ability to evaluate their learning and set professional goals for themselves in their report.
*knowledge of the essential rules, contract models, responsibilities, insurance coverage, well-being at work, and principles of coping at work related to their internship assignment.
*an overall understanding of the basics of freelance work and the ability to plan their career in the long term.
An approved performance requires active participation in the internship and the preparation of an internship report.
Fail:
The student is unable to demonstrate all the competencies required for an approved performance.
