- provide strategies to work through life challenges
- prevent and address stress, anxiety, and mood-related problems
- provide meaningful and relevant support to students

Content

Finding Balance in Student Life is a web-based wellbeing and life skills program offering practical tools for enhancing wellbeing and addressing motivation challenges as well as stress-related issues.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

The student
- Knows the factors that are related to his/her/their own study well-being
- Is aware of the things that are important to oneself and is able to set goals that are in line with one's values
- Recognizes the importance of value-guided life and present-moment awareness
- Knows various ways to cope more effectively with the challenges of student life
- Is able to reflect on his/her/their own thoughts and emotions based on the course material
- Knows how to enhance one's own study well-being
