Osaamistavoitteet

In this course, the participants learn innovation pipeline for sustainable business openings in a company. They understand how to advance a CE concept including techno-economic analyses and communication. They learn to identify the important target groups in the innovation pipeline and how to communicate with them.

After completing the course, the participants can:
- describe the innovation pipeline of a CE concept in a company
- make plans and schedules to manage innovation project
- conduct necessary analyses to advance the CE concept
- identify target audiences for promoting an innovation
- prepare and execute communication to target audience

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1-2)

The student can recognise and define CE innovation pipeline in a company. The student can, with the help of others, make plans and conduct analyses. The student gives and receives feedback but considers and assesses things only from his/her own point of view, without being able to generalize and contextualize. The student takes responsibility for her/his own work but commitment to collaborative working and to the shared goal is weak.

The student can explain CE innovation pipeline in a company and structure things in relation to one another. The student can make plans and conduct analysis independently and select the most appropriate course of action from diverse options and justify the choices. The student can apply knowledge, and limit and solve problems. The student can give and receive feedback actively and constructively and is able to generalize and conceptualize his/her views. The student can cooperate responsibly and is committed to collaborative working and the shared goals.

Student can analyze CE innovation pipeline in a company, generalize and relate to the professional context. The student can search for diverse courses of action and solution alternatives, justify his/her choices, and try new courses of action. The student uses feedback systematically as a professional tool for growth in his/her own work and for the benefit of the community. The student cooperates responsibly, flexibly, and constructively and develops his/her own and the group's interaction.
