After completing the course student
• understands the importance of organizational culture in leadership and is able to act in a goal- oriented manner as a responsible leader of a team
• is able to lead personnel with a coaching approach and methods
• is able to lead demanding and complex communication situations in both face-to-face and remote management
• is able to lead multidisciplinary networks
