Objectives

This course deals with organizational and management theories, functions related to personnel competence management and the management of a multicultural work community.


After completing the course student
• is able to apply organizational and management theories in demanding practical expert tasks
• is able to evaluate and develop personnel processes extensively
• is able to evaluate and develop competence management methods in demanding managerial work
• is able to lead a multicultural work community

Student
• is able to search for evidence-based information from both national and international sources and evaluate sources critically
• is able to use acquired knowledge in critical evaluation and development of current practices


Fail:

• cannot retrieve evidence-based information from both national and international sources and critically evaluate sources
• cannot use acquired information in the critical evaluation and development of current practices
