- is able to identify some key concepts in the theme
- is able to Identify customer work issues related to accessibility and digitalisation
- is able to identify health technology systems and their principles of functionality

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student
- is able to define the key concepts of the topic
- understands the basics of customer-driven usability evaluation
- is able to identify challenges related to system integration
- is able to describe a practical problem and create a digital or technological solution to the problem

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student
- is able to use fluently the key concepts of the subject and define their contents in different contexts
- masters the use of digital systems, customer-driven usability assessment and is able to describe development needs
- understands the progress of technology and digital services in Finland and internationally
- is able to apply creatively the practical problem they have described to solve an innovative problem digitally or using technology
