Understands the importance of experience design in building the business of your organization.
Knows some experience design tools and knows how to choose an experience design method based on the situation and goals.

Is able to use sparse experience research methods in developing his or her own organization.
Makes a bad project.

Good knowledge of experience design, field of experience research, contents and methods.
Understands the importance and impact of experience design content and methods development and innovation in building the business of your organization.
