Objectives
-understands the image of the work of the local director of the social services sector and is able to reflect on one's own ability to act as a foreman in managing employees, work organization and customer work
-is able to review and evaluate the structure, content and pedagogy of digital learning material from the perspective of meaningful learning
Content
-A total of 32 digital learning content on the topics of personnel management, self-management, coaching management, work community management. These are suitable for all students, depending on the field.
-A total of 8 learning contents on self-monitoring of elderly work and customer orientation management. These can also be assessed by all students in the field of social services and health care.
-It takes about 15-30 minutes to go through one section. A written assessment is given for each section at the end of the section.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail
ADMITTED:
- student completes all 40 sections and gives written constructive feedback and assessment (= 5 cr)
- student completes 32 sections and gives written constructive feedback and assessment (= 4 cr)
FAIL:
-the student does not complete at least 32 sections and does not provide written constructive feedback and assessment of the learning content to the system
