Code: NY00GF07

Objectives
In this course you will learn about the issues that affect brain health and brain wellbeing, and about self-management from a brain wellbeing perspective. Even if you are already aware of the importance of things that are important for brain wellbeing, is it difficult to change your lifestyle and behaviour? How could you improve the way you manage yourself from a brain wellbeing perspective? This course will discuss what self-management is in theory and practice, and what are the strategies that work for self-management. We will also address the topic from the perspective of individual motivation factors, shedding light on how different people are motivated by different things, and how this understanding can be used to improve self-management. Together, we will consider how to improve self-leadership and what kind of leadership culture supports self-leadership at the organisational level.
