Objectives
The course aims to familiarise the student with the experience economy concepts and the value creation logics. The course provides the skills to develop experiential products and services with a customer-oriented approach.
After completing the course, the student:
- can define and apply the characteristics of the experience economy and the logic of value creation in various service and experience environments
- can design responsible, experiential products and services with a customer-oriented approach, considering the service provider's needs and the operating environment.
- can utilise interdisciplinarity in business development
