Objectives

By designing a multisensory service landscape, you promote the desired customer experience and the well-being of all those operating in the space.

Student

- Can describe the different phases of a construction project and perceive multisensoryness and profitability as part of the whole
- is able to develop accessibility as part of a health-safe and responsible service environment
- is able to collect and apply customer information in service, experience and work environment planning together with a multidisciplinary team

The student recognizes the concepts related to service landscape design and is able to describe a multisensory service environment. He recognizes the multidisciplinary nature of design.

The student is able to work in a design team with the support of a team.

The student examines and evaluates things from their own point of view.

Students structure service landscape design in a professional context and are able to choose the most suitable option from different options to design a multisensory service environment and justify their choice. He articulates the multidisciplinary approach to design

The student is able to solve problems related to the interaction of the design team.

The student is able to cooperate responsibly and with commitment in compliance with the important requirements of the service sector.

The student understands service landscape design in a professional context and is able to look for different solution options for planning a multisensory service environment. He/she is able to analyze the multidisciplinary nature of design.

The student is able to experiment with new kinds of operating models to promote interaction in the design team.

Students are able to co-operate responsibly and with commitment, taking into account the requirements and needs of their own service sector.
