Objectives
This course provides an overview of the foundations and principles of social sector economics, administration, entrepreneurship, and quality management.
Upon completing this course, students will:
• Understand the administrative and financial basis and funding structures of various sector stakeholders
• Describe the process of service productization and its stages
• Comprehend the tasks related to financial planning, monitoring, and sustainable development in operations
• Master the essentials of quality management in social and healthcare organizations
• Recognize the necessary skills for operating as an entrepreneur in the social sector, including licensing and notification practices
