In this course, we delve into the expertise of project work, innovation, and customer-centric development. The focal point lies in service design and a proactive approach.
Upon completing this course, the student will:
• Acquire knowledge of project-related theory
• Unerstand the project process and the core tasks associated with different phases
• Define the role and significance of project activities within the field of social work
• Innovatively and collaboratively develop social work methods, practices, or service processes with a customer and partnership focus in workplace improvement projects
