Objectives

In the context of work-life training, we deepen our expertise in leadership, well-being at work, and quality management.

After completing the course, the student will:
• Understand the basic principles of personnel and financial management and the relevant key legislation
• Be able to analyze employee skills and leadership from various perspectives and be familiar with the tasks of a supervisor
• Explore organizational development and quality assessment
• Analyze factors that promote and hinder well-being in the work community
• Study the management of interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration and networks

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Approved:

Student:
• skills, knowledge, and attitude demonstrate competence in the field of social work
• analyzes the relationships between relevant phenomena and concepts, and is able to apply these in their practice at the internship site and in their internship report
• takes responsibility and is committed not only to their own actions but also to client work and the functioning of the internship site

Not approved:

Student:
• skills, knowledge, and attitude do not demonstrate competence in the field of social work
• theoretical expertise remains at a descriptive and declarative level
• fails to apply the relationships between phenomena and concepts in their practice at the internship site or in the internship report
• does not take professional responsibility for their actions at the internship site
