Objectives

The aim of the course is that the student achieves the oral proficiency of the Swedish language in accordance with the Language Regulation (6.6.2003/424) and which is required for work tasks in their field. European Framework of Reference: Skill Level Objective B1.

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to

• talk about their professional field orally in Swedish
• interview and guide customers in the language of their field in a customer situation
• use the core vocabulary of their professional field
• be customer-oriented in interaction situations

Content

• meeting and guiding the client, presenting the work environment and own work in Swedish, as well as the vocabulary of one's professional field
• interviewing and supervising various clients in customer-oriented Swedish in customer situations, bilingual Finland as a working environment

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The students understand the core content from the most common sources related to their field.
He is able to communicate in routine interaction situations as well as
to change their operations based on the feedback they receive.
