Objectives

The course deepens the student's HR and superior skills, for example, through practical situations training.

The student:
- is able to act in situations requiring practical HR and supervisory skills
- is able to seek and apply background information related to different personnel situations
- is able to act and seek solutions in challenging and difficult HR and supervisory situations.

Content

Practical pre-personal and HR situations training.
What challenging situations are included in the pre-service work?
What recommended methods for dealing with conflict situations are worth learning?
How can the work community be made to function effectively?
How do I develop my own practices in HR/supervisor work?

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student recognizes the practices of challenging HR and supervisory situations and is able to name recommended practices related to the most common supervisory situations.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student is familiar with recommended practices in challenging HR and supervisory situations and is able to choose the most suitable method from different options and justify his or her choice. They are able to solve problems in a constructive manner, taking into account the laws, regulations and the company's delivery methods, and develop ways of working.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to search for different ways of working in challenging supervisory situations and combine solutions creatively. He/she has a broad understanding of the range of HR and supervisory situations and is able to evaluate the optimal functioning of teams. Students are able to act constructively and responsibly in practical supervisory situations and apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practice. The student is able to critically examine and analyze the actions of the foreperson as a cause of problems and as a solver.
