Objectives
Logistics processes include responsibility, knowledge management with information through digitization, and utilization of cooperation networks. Knowledge management, efficient management of the purchasing process and sustainable operating models of the entire service product chain are an essential part of profitable hospitality management.
Student:
- identifies the logistics process as a whole (data, material, money and recycling flows) in the restonomy's operating environment
- knows how to choose a purchasing contract partner sustainably and transparently, preferring responsible local operators
- identifies the industry's quality systems and the role of organic products as an act of responsibility in the nutrition sector
- understand the daily operational purchasing process as part of business profitability
- knows how to use industry-related information and the possibilities of digitalization and cooperation networks in managing, planning and implementing responsible business

WHAT is the information management and the logistic process?
WHY is responsibility and cooperation is important in the logistics of the service product chain?

The student knows the principles of strategic and tactical procurement and applies them to operational purchasing operations, utilizing digital systems as managing tools. The student applies data as part of a profitable and responsible business.

The student is able to cooperate responsibly and is committed to team activities, developing his/her interaction skills.
