Presentations, team work, meetings and negotiations, writing and reviewing technical reports, case-studies and ”trouble shooting” are used to apply the subject matter learnt during lectures. Learning by doing, active participation,

Location and time
The first lesson will be online and but the subsequent lessons will depend on the pandemic situation, following TAMK's regulations and practices.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is based on active participation in the lessons, forums and completion and submission of assignments on time. Case studies and ”troubleshooting” are used to apply the subject matter learnt during lectures. Learning by doing, active participation, workshops, written and oral tasks.

Students use time in developing documents (CV, meeting minutes, Job applications, presentations etc.

The course uses a practical approach to teach most of the skills to student.

There might be a collaboration with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Waiting for confirmation.

Assessment criteria - satisfactory (1-2) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
The student has attended 80% of the lessons and has participated in the lessons. (Discussions, presentations and other activities. The students can communicate in general terms with some mistakes. Lacks vocabulary in his/her field of study, but can continue when prompted. The student can describe his/her field of study in both written and oral form. The student can give a basic company presentation without pronouncing the key terminology accurately.
Assessment criteria - good (3-4) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)
The student has attended 80% of the lessons and has participated in the lessons. (Discussions, presentations and other activities. The students can communicate in general and more specific terms with fewer mistakes. He/she has mastered vocabulary in his/her field of study and can engage in extensive discussions. The student can describe his/her field of study in both written and oral form. The student can give a company presentation with a good pronunciation of the key terminologies. His/Her written English is with fewer grammatical errors. He/she understands the norms of reporting using TAMK's report guide.
