Student:
- identify management styles in working life and key concepts and theories related to management
- identify the principles of ethical management
- understands giving feedback and its role in management
- know the main content of the collective agreement in the sector from the employee's point of view
- identify their own strengths and starting points for the development of their own identity from the point of view of management

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student identifies and names concepts and theories related to management.
The student identifies leadership styles.
The student is able to look at and evaluate things from his / her own perspective and taking responsibility for his / her own performance.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student is able to explain concepts and theories related to management as well as management styles.
The student is aware of the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.

The student is able to reflect on his or her own and others' work.
The student is able to co-operate responsibly and commit to team activities, developing his / her interaction skills.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands and is able to combine the issues of different aspects of management into whole entities and uses the concepts of management skillfully.
The student strives to develop his or her emotional intelligence and demonstrates self-direction
The student cooperates responsibly, flexibly and constructively, developing his or her own, team and stakeholder interaction.
