Upon completion of this module, the participant will learn the basic principles of:
- VUCA ideas and theories of change such as systems theory in change.
- Some Methods of Scenarios in Leadership.
as well as what are the benefits of these methods from the pedagogical leadership view of pedagogical leadership.

- How to Create Scenario Workshops at School
- How to Encourage Teachers to Use "Three-Dimensional Glasses" When Planning Their Courses
