Objectives (course unit)

The student - is able to assess the impact of work, the work community and their own activities on well-being at work - understands the factors influencing well-being at work and how to act as a member of a work community - is able to generate new ideas and methods for promoting their own and the work community´s well- being - can search for and evaluate evidence-based research data relevant to their own well-being and that of the work community - is able to construct their own well-being at work plan.
