Objectives (course unit)
After completing the course the student has an overall view of strategic management and a manager’s role in creating and implementing an organization’s strategy. She/he is familiar with the theories and tools of strategic management and is able to implement strategies using methods that are appropriate for the situation and the operational environment. The student understands the main theories of change management and knows how to apply them in organizational change situations. The student knows how to apply the principles of transformative management in the changes of the working community.
