Objectives (course unit)

The student will develop knowledge and insight into the legal environment which regulates business practice relating to ecommerce, human resource and consumer rights from the perspective of the firm. By the end of the course the student will be able to identify legal sources and understand their application in business practice.

- Structure and fundamental principles of the EU internal market - E-commerce regulation and practice - Consumer rights - Free movement of services and the posted worker
