Osaamistavoitteet (Opintojakso)

The student is familiar with supervisory duties, responsibilities and future requirements. The student recognizes the requirements of supervisory work and the organization in the present and in the future. The student is able to assess what kind of leader he/she is regarding his/her personality and is able to develop his/her own supervisory work.

Portfolio will be graded based on following criteria: Content relevance, Self-reflection, argumentation and reasoning, Integration of theory/literature, clarity and coherence of writing.

Sisällön jaksotus

Course is divided into six work packages that cover core themes of leadership skills. Each theme includes reading material and short reflective tasks. Work packages will be compiled into a portfolio. New wp will be opened weekly. First work package opens on Monday 6th of October. 1. Communication Skills 2. Strategic Thinking 3. Emotional Intelligence 4. Coaching & Mentoring 5.
