Objectives (course unit)

The student knows how to plan and implement a printed product. The students can produce ”BioHub Annual”-publication as their project work. The work includes planning, cost and quality control and providing the content of the publication.

The students get a view about forest and/or process industry of a chosen country or continent.
Content

The students organize the production of the publication as a whole. Cost structure of the printed product and call for offers as well as getting advertisements and articles. The publication is produced as a team and project work. Partial performance 2 ects.

An Excursion to forest cluster companies or process engineering companies in the chosen country or continent.
Participation on the excursion requires project work for the publication.

- bio-product spezialisation students with minimum 26 ects professional studies
- the student has at least 160 ects when entering this course

The students can paricipate in the excursion only when participating in the work of the publication

The student may participate only in the publication work and earn 2 ects
- this project is not available for international students
