Objectives (course unit)

After completing the course, the student is able to
• understand the goals of learner-centered and participatory approaches.
• plan and implement learner-oriented and participatory teaching or training sessions.
• provide feedback in a learner-centered and participatory manner.
• assess their own activities and understand the impact of self-assessment on the development of self-awareness and professional growth.

Content (course unit)

During the course, we will seek to answer the following questions:
• What are the goals of learner-centered and participatory activities?
• How do I plan and implement learner-centered and participatory teaching or practice sessions?
• How do I provide feedback in a learner-centered and participatory manner?
• What kind of skills does self-assessment require, and how can self-assessment be used to develop self-awareness and support professional growth?

Completing the course successfully requires demonstrating competence in accordance with the competence objectives using the agreed implementation methods.
