After completing this course, the participants have a comprehensive understanding of risk and project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, enabling them to effectively lead and manage projects in diverse industries and environments. They are able to analyse and assess demanding risk management cases. They are also able to justify their decisions and solutions in professional context.
