Objectives (course unit)
The student understands the fundamentals of entrepreneurship as a self-employed professional. They can establish a business name, price and market their services. The student comprehends the significance of copyright and neighboring rights in their professional expertise and can apply them to their business acumen. They are capable of drafting contracts and understanding the key features of contract law. Additionally, the student has a grasp of basic financial management for self-employed entrepreneurs, principles of taxation, and knows how to use a tax account. They are also familiar with the specific characteristics of freelance taxation.
Furthermore, the student has explored the organizational structures, administrative principles, and work-related tasks relevant to their field of practice within work communities. They are knowledgeable about legislation and other normative guidelines related to their field, as well as practical aspects of employment contracts and job search. The student has actively shaped their career path within their professional domain.
