Tavoitteet (OJ)

At the end of the course the student understands what options there are to make the textile production more sustainable.The student has an understanding of the challenges in textile production and supply value chain and what options there is to make the chain more sustainable.
The student is aware of the digital and automation solutions, about the new upcoming innovations to help to design the smart factories and factories of the future. The student has an understanding of the use of new technical methods and automation solutions in critical process steps. The student is aware of how digitalization will help to achive the transparency and treacibility in the processes and to share informaton.

Knowing: The student understands the basics of the course content.

Acting: The student manages the assigned tasks under supervision/assistance.

Being: The student shows some motivation, takes his/her responsibility for studying and is capable of working in a group. The student can give and take feedback.

Knowing: The student knows well the digitalization and automation possibilities in textile industry value chain and can explain the diverse application areas of them.

Acting: The student applies substance matter learnt in previous studies, makes a plan/plans before carrying out tasks, limits tasks/problems to have an appropriate scope, solves problems.

Being: The student can give and receive feedback actively and constructively, can cooperate responsibly and is ready to develop his/her interaction skills. The student recognizes and follows the important courses of action in the field. The student takes responsibility and commits to the group activities in addition to his/her own work.

Knowing: The student has an comprehensive knowledge about the course subject and can independently and widely explain the content of the studies and apply his / her knowledge.
