Assessment methods and criteria
- Opiskelija osallistuu opetukseen, johdantoluento ja ohjattu harjoittelu opetuslaboratorioissa pakollisia.
Luentotehtävät:
- 1/3 arvosanasta
- Luentotehtävät tehdään itsenäisesti
- Luentotehtävät aukeavat Moodleen kunkin luennon jälkeen (Luentotehtävä 1: Veriviljely, Luentotehtävä 2: Nieluviljely, Luentotehtävä 3: Virtsaviljely, Luentotehtävä 4: MRSA-viljely, Luentotehtävä 5: Ulostebakteerien tutkiminen) ja ne on palautettava Moodleen 17.2. mennessä
- Luentotehtävät eivät ole pakollisia, mutta tekemättä jättäminen laskee opintojakson arvosanaa
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 0 % --> 0
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 20 % --> 1
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 40 % --> 2
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 60 % --> 3
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 80 % --> 4
• Luentotehtävistä tehty huolellisesti 100 % --> 5
Koe:
- 2/3 arvosanasta, kokeen tekeminen on pakollista kaikille, arvioidaan numeerisesti 0-5.
- Läpipääsyyn vaaditaan 50 % pisteistä.
- Aineistopohjainen, soveltava Exam-koe (luentodiat ovat kokeessa liitetiedostoina).
- Kokeessa tulee vastata kysymyksiin omin sanoin, ei suoraa kopiointia luentodioista.

Student workload
Opintojakson laajuus 3 opintopistettä vastaa noin 81 tuntia opiskelijan työtä (1 op = 27 h):
Lähiopetus 12 h
Harjoitustunnit 20h/ryhmä
Koe 3h
Itsenäinen työskentely (sis. luentotehtävät, laboraatioihin valmistautuminen, kokeeseen valmistautuminen) 46 h
Laboraatiotuntien tavoitteiden saavuttaminen edellyttää edeltävien sisältöjen opiskelua, koska sisällöissä käsitellään laboraatiotunneilla harjoiteltavia asioita. Opiskelijan vastuulla on osata perusteet tulleessaan harjoitustunnille, samoin kuin mikrobiologisen työskentelyn turvallisuusasiat.
Practical training and working life cooperation
Opintojakso sisältää harjoittelua TAMKin opetuslaboratoriossa.
