Upon completion of this module, the participant will:
- Learn about the structure of the Finnish education model.
- Learn about the basic ethical and values-based principles in Finnish education.
- Have a basic understanding of what kind of teachers are working at different levels of Finnish education.
- Reflect on the similarities and differences between the system and teacher qualification requirements in Chile and Finland
