Objectives (course unit)

Objectives
Music pedagogue
Students will go more profoundly into the repertoire of musical styles and their interpretation corresponding to the level pursued, into the forms of works of music, their artistic interpretation and into their own instrumental or vocal expertise. They will also have become familiar with the chamber music repertoire.

Musical theatre:
Students has developed their skills in the field of different genres required, artistic expression and vocal technique skills. Students have a versatile knowledge of musical theatre repertoire.

Music pedagogue
Wide-ranging practice in the repertoire of the student`s main instrument and more profound familiarity with styles and modes of execution. Systematic implementation of independent work.


Musical theatre:
Students have trained their (versatile) singing repertoire and its practices, genre knowledge and practical know-how. Students can execute their goals and targets independently.

Satisfactory ( 1-2)
The student is capable of performing repertoire of the professional level required. Artistic and technical competence is satisfactory. Sound culture is not sufficiently diverse. Mastery of musical entities is poor.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

Good(3-4)
The student has gained mastery of the programme technically and artistically and presents the charasteristic features of different styles. The student`s sound culture is fairly versatile and mastery of musical entities is good.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

Excellent (5)
The student demonstrates not only excellent technical mastery but also artistic and personalexpressive power. the student`s presentation of the various different stylistic directions is particularly impressive. The student has acquired
a rich culture and is able to create controlled formal entities.

Musical theatre:
Agreed with the teacher. There is 26 individual lessons per academic year, duration 60min/ lesson. There is also master classes and lectures.

Requires commitment and regular participation to lessons and independent training. Master classes and concerts are important part of education.
