Objectives (course unit)
After completing the study unit, the student is able to
- identify the significance of socially sustainable development in the everyday life of the organisation, the work of a guidance counsellor or special needs teacher, and cooperation; and assess this significance critically
- promote policies of socially sustainable development in their guidance work, work community and multidisciplinary networks
- identify power relationships when acting as an expert and act in an ethically sustainable way in all contexts.
Content (course unit)
During the study unit, we will seek to answer the following questions:
- How is the entity of socially sustainable development taken into consideration in teaching and guidance at an organisational and individual level?
- How is the agency and participation of a student strengthened in multidisciplinary cooperation?
- What do we mean by ‘expertise’ and ‘expert power’?
- How is socially sustainable development promoted through multidisciplinary cooperation?
