Objectives (course unit)

The student knows how to search for relevant, evidence-based and up-to-date information from both national and international literature and scientific publications.
The student can independently build knowledge based on literature and international articles before face-to-face teaching.

The student is able to respond to the challenges posed by the changing environment by clarifying the competitive advantage of his company. The student is able to create and build a company's strategy with the help of its values, mission and vision. The student knows how to put a company's strategy into practice in own company.

After the course, the student can apply theoretical studies to the structure and development of business.
