Objectives (course unit)

Student
- is able to analyze himself and his professional identity as a developer, an influencer, a collaborator and a lifelong learner
- is able to critically reflect on his / her views and activities as well as social phenomena and ethics at various levels and to actively develop them
- can analyze their professional growth process as a whole, as well as their vision, knowledge and challenges as a social worker now and in the future.

Content (course unit)

- Developmental approach, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility, multidisciplinary and professional, lifelong and lifelong learning and learning
- Critical and emancipatory reflection, professional vision, courage and attitude, promotion of ethical values ​​in the social field and courageous prevention of harm, client advocacy
- Presenting a summary of the process of professional growth at the end of 3rd or 4th year of all studies and final discussion with your tutor

Assessment methods and criteria

Lähikerroille osallistuminen pakollista suoritusmerkinnän saamiseksi/korvaavat tehtävät vaaditaan.
Ammatillisen kasvun yhteenvedon esittely keväällä 2024 hyväksytysti - kokoaa koulutuksen aikaisen kasvun teoreettisen reflektion sisältäen.

Practical training and working life cooperation

3. vuoden prosessissa ollaan yhteydessä työelämään ja ympäröivään yhteiskuntaan mm. "kehittämisen, vaikuttamisen ja yhteistyön" teemojen kautta.
Ed. teemoja integroidaan Osallisuuden projektiopintoihin, joiden yhteyteen liitetään "vaikuttamistehtävä".
Pienryhmien itse suunnittelemissa ryhmäkerroissa syksyllä voi olla mukana työelämää.
