The student:

*Knows how the VFX production works in practice
*Knows how to execute production tasks planned in the pre-production
*Knows how to use essential production tools
*Knows how to implement a demo production
*Is able to keep the deadlines and receive and utilize feedback

Sisältö (Opintojakso)

- Film set protocols, practises and hierarchy
- Working as VFX technician on set
- Technical planning of images
- Taking photos and hdr photos for the VFX production
- Monitoring the image material on set
- Measuring distances
- Keeping track of lenses and focal lengths
- Placing tracking markers
- Implementation of a green screen for shootings
- Making test compositions
- On-set preview
- Demo production

The student shows basic production skills and competencies. All tasks have been approved.

The student shows good production skills with relevant techniques. The student produces good quality presentation, which is clear and understandable. The student keeps the deadlines and utilizes feedback.
