Osaamistavoitteet (Opintojakso)

Tämä lyhyt itsensä johtamisen opintojakso tarjoaa sinulle oivalluksia siitä, miten voit järjestää työsi tehokkaammin, miten opiskeluun sitoutuminen vaikuttaa sinuun ja ympärilläsi oleviin ihmisiin sekä miten oppimasi taidot ovat hyödyksi itsellesi ja muille.

Opintojakson suoritettuasi:
• ymmärrät oman työsi ja opiskelusi johtamisen keskeiset elementit
• osaat arvioida omaa rooliasi ja organisaatiosi roolia opintoihin sitoutumisessa
• osaat arvioida työtapojasi ja löytää ensimmäiset askeleet niiden parantamiseksi

Tämä opintojakso kuuluu HUBS 24H -verkkokirjastoon. Voit valita niin monta 1 opintopisteen opintoa kuin haluat ja kehittää taitojasi esimerkiksi kestävässä yrittäjyydessä, yrittäjän taloustaidoissa sekä myynnissä ja markkinoinnissa.

Opintojakso tarjoaa videoita, artikkeleita, kaavioita, vuoropuhelua ja pohdintaa työkaluina, joiden avulla voit perehtyä omiin tapoihisi johtaa tavoitteellisesti omaa työskentelyäsi.

Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet

Approved when you have demonstrated successful work towards the learning outcomes: you understand the main aspects of self-leadership. You can assess your own traits and connect them to study-engagement. You have completed the learning assignments, which includes a testing phase with a peer-group or person.

Failed if you have not succeeded in understanding the phenomena of self-leadership and study engagement. You have not mastered the learning outcomes in a way that you could describe the required skills and asses your own capabilities in the field of self-leadership.

Opiskelumuodot ja opetusmenetelmät

The course consists of self-paced online learning. You will be guided through a series of short videos and learning exercises to achieve the learning outcomes. You will need to acquire additional knowledge in literature, articles and different online materials.

This course is done completely online and independently in Moodle, and you can complete it at your own pace, at a time that suits you.

You can start to course in Moodle, the course’s coach will be notified by the first assignment and then register you in the official system.

Oppimateriaalit

This short self-leadership course provides you with some insights on how to organize your work more efficiently, how study-engagement affects you and the people around you and how do you transform your learnings into value for yourself and others. You will explore videos, articles, canvases, dialogue and and reflection as tools to get to the bottom of your own ways to lead your path.

This course is part of HUBS 24H Online Library. You can choose these 1 ect courses as many as you like and work on your skills in self-leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship and sales & marketing.
