Objectives (course unit)

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
The student is able to broadly analyze his / her own activities as a team member through various analyzation methods by comparing the results with his / her own experience of teamwork.
The student is able to analyze the work of the team and its members based on literature and his / her own experience of teamwork.
The student is able to develop his / her own learning and skills independently and with the support of the group and to schedule and organize his / her own learning process.
The student is able to develop himself / herself as an actor and expert in ICT.

Assessment methods and criteria
Opintojakson arviointi
Opintojakso koostuu 4 casen ja tiimipäivien/-iltapäivien sisällön hyväksytystä suorittamisesta ja kirjallisen oppimispäiväkirjan kirjoittamisesta.
• Numeroarviointi perustuu opiskelijan ja opiskelijaryhmän case-työskentelyyn (50 % arvosanasta) sekä yksilön tiimityöhön ja oppimispäiväkirjatuotokseen (50 % arvosanasta).
• Läsnäolo opintojakson lähitunneilla (case-opetuksessa ja valmennuksen osuuksissa) on pakollista. Läsnäolo vaikuttaa arvosanaan merkittävästi.
• kahdesta sovitusta poissaolosta korvaava tehtävä / case
• luvattomat kaksi poissaolokertaa/case alentaa arvosanaa (1 arvosanan alennus kokonaisarvosanasta)
• toistuvista sairauspoissaoloista vaaditaan lääkärintodistus
