Objectives (course unit)

The student
- knows the concepts, methods and approaches of health promotion and is able to apply them in sufficient ways in their activities
- is able to apply ethical principles guiding health promotion and evaluate their implementation in various specific situations in their field

- Ethical principles in health promotion
- Enhancing practices in health promotion
- Cultural diversity in health promotion
- Life course health development and enhancing practices in health promotion

- is able to describe the concepts and methods of health promotion and the main approaches
- knows the guiding ethical principles in health promotion

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student
- is able to carry out health promotion using diverse theoretical approaches and methods
- is able to evaluate the importance of ethical principles in health promotion and can carry them out

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student
- is able to carry out and evaluate health promotion in a diverse and creative way using theoretical approaches and methods
- is able to critically evaluate the implementation of ethical principles of health promotion in his/her own activities and in the promotion of health in different contexts
